Role: Revenue Operations Specialist Hours: 9am - 6pm Eastern time Hourly Wage: $8 - $10 (Open to negotiation based on experience) The Revenue Operations Specialist is responsible for streamlining processes, managing systems, and providing insights that enable the revenue-generating teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) to operate efficiently. This role focuses on data analysis, process optimization, CRM management, and reporting to drive strategic decisions and revenue growth. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in supporting cross-functional teams in a fast-paced eCommerce environment. Responsibilities Maintain and optimize CRM, marketing automation, and sales enablement tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar). Support sales, marketing, and customer success teams by providing process improvements and operational guidance. Track, analyze, and report on revenue metrics, pipeline performance, and KPIs. Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve revenue processes. Ensure data integrity and consistency across systems and tools. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop dashboards, reports, and business insights for leadership. Assist in forecasting, revenue planning, and quota management processes. Participate in project initiatives to implement new tools, automation, or processes. Document processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the Revenue Ops function. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, marketing operations, or related roles. Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) and analytics tools. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive business decisions. Experience with reporting, dashboards, and KPI tracking. Strong communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Detail-oriented with a process-driven mindset. Preferred Skills (Nice to Have) Experience in eCommerce or SaaS businesses. Familiarity with marketing automation tools (Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot). Knowledge of sales enablement platforms (Salesloft, Outreach). Experience with forecasting, quota planning, and revenue modeling. Understanding of customer lifecycle and revenue funnel metrics.
