What You'll Do:As our Office Administrator, you will be a key member of the team, providing excellent service to our patients and ensuring our office runs smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
- Scheduling: Book inbound patient leads for consultations and assist with scheduling follow-up appointments.
- Customer Experience: Provide a welcoming and supportive environment, answering patient inquiries and delivering an overall positive experience.
- Administrative Support: Manage patient files, process payments, and ensure data is stored accurately and securely.
- Office Management: Handle opening/closing duties, order supplies, and maintain a clean and organized office environment.
- Patient Care: Write and send cards or gifts to patients for special occasions, reinforcing our commitment to their healing journey.

- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Prior office experience (medical or administrative) is a plus, but not required
