Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret business requirements, translating them into robust data analytics solutions.

• Lead end-to-end data analytics projects, including problem definition, code validation, and deployment.

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to other data analysts to establish best practices and methodologies.

• Collaborate with business process owners to ensure data alignment and integrity across various systems.

• Develop and execute data validation plans to support accurate data migration and mapping processes.

• Identify and implement advanced data analytics methods and tools tailored to specific business use cases.

• Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to uncover opportunities for applying data analytics to solve business challenges.

• Create dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau and Power BI to communicate insights effectively.

• Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshooting to resolve complex issues.

• Deliver presentations and communications to build credibility and rapport with stakeholders.

• Proven expertise in data analytics, including experience with SQL, Python, and R programming.
• Strong knowledge of business intelligence technologies such as Tableau and Power BI.
• Ability to lead end-to-end data analytics projects, from requirements gathering to deployment.
• Familiarity with SAP R/3 and data migration processes, including validation and mapping.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills for collaborating with stakeholders and teams.
• Proficient in creating dashboards and translating complex data into actionable insights.
• Solid understanding of data integrity principles and best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred.
