Analyst Ii Apply
POSITION PURPOSE
Data collection, analysis, and preliminary reporting for customer-owned machinery (primarily reciprocating compressors and engines).
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES
Analyst II will be required to travel and work independently with little supervision. Daily functions include using an analyzer and associated software to collect route-based data (vibration, temperatures, pressures) and observing/documenting unit conditions. A strong adherence to safety protocol is required. After collection, the Analyst II will need to be proficient in basic computer functions (Microsoft Office suite) to create the graphics and preliminary reporting required. Analyst II will be responsible for accurate time and expense reporting. The ability to communicate effectively and grasping of new concepts is required to progress to the Analyst III position.
PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENTS
Analyst II will follow the processes outlined in the OP2 standards regarding data collection and analysis reporting standards and the training process will be monitored by Analyst III, Subject Matter Expert, and ADS Field Service Leader.
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: High school graduate or equivalent with current TWIC (Transportation Worker Identification Credential), ISO Level I Vibration certification
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: Through knowledge and understanding of internal and external components of reciprocating compressors with key performance fault recognition.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Windrock/Resonance Analyzer and Reporting Software Experience
SKILLS/ABILITIES: Good communication skills, both oral and written. Proficient computer skills, including Windows, Word, and Excel. Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities with the ability to work independently.
