Responsible for tracking financial performance of revenue, operational expense, forecasting, and variance analysis for Sunoco LP. Assists and supports short and long-term margin and expense planning activities for Sunoco LP’s Terminals segment. This position reports to the Manager of FP&A. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of the monthly financial review reporting deck for Executive Management Support the company-wide annual budget planning and subsequent monthly forecasting process for all expenses and revenue Coordinate with field analysts, operations management, and project managers to accurately budget and forecast revenue and operational expenses Conduct operating expense and margin variance analysis including budget/forecast vs. actual, quarter vs. quarter, current year vs. prior year Regularly present results, forecasts, and budgets to commercial, operations, and executive leadership Provide expense analysis support to operations and commercial departments Work closely with Accounting, HR, Insurance, Tax, and other departments to ensure accuracy of financial transactions Participate in team objectives of maximizing efficiencies with reporting, automation, and optimization Contribute to overall Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis team goals as needed Assist with ad hoc requests and tasks requiring support for analysis as needed.
