As a People Support Analyst, you will be one of the first points of contact for HR inquiries across Europeproviding clarity, guidance, and a reliable employee experience as our hub comes to life.In this role, you'll manage a wide variety of Tier 1 inquiries and step in to support Junior Analysts when questions become more complex. You'll combine policy knowledge with analytical thinking to resolve issues, reconcile conflicting information, and guide employees toward self-service options wherever possible. Your insights will help us strengthen our knowledge base, improve processes, and shape how the new centre delivers service at scale.You'll collaborate closely with regional and global People Services teams, aligning processes and sharing best practices to ensure a consistent experience across countries. You'll also help bring new team members up to speedcontributing to a learning-focused culture from day one.You'll succeed here if you have:A degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.3+ years of HR shared services or operations experience.Strong familiarity with HRIS platformsideally Workdayand case management tools like ServiceNow or Workday Help.A proactive, analytical approach to resolving employee inquiries.Strong communication skills and the ability to translate policy into practical guidance.Fluency in English and one additional European language (French, Italian, Polish, or German).This is your opportunity to join a global organisation, help establish a brand-new HR operations hub, and play a meaningful role in creating a seamless employee experience across Europe.
