Description:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, related field or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Demonstrated ability and experience in conducting analysis of business requirements, system requirements, system design, and system test plans. Typically possesses five or more years experience performing systems development activities. Possesses knowledge of the development and support of client server applications. Demonstrated ability to model, analyze, design, test implement, and maintain moderately complex applications. Candidate must be client-focused with the ability to articulate the impact of technology to the business value. Knowledge of data management required. (include SCE and specific application/sysytem knowledge required)

- Required Skills/Attributes : Scope of the project includes providing consulting services to SCE IT Solution Planning & Delivery (SP&D) Customer Service organization for managing the projects and initiatives within the new SAP ISU System and other supporting customer service applications. The services provided by the contractor will align to the major program management processes and standards set by SCE IT SP&D guidelines. Assigned consultant(s) shall work with project team for managing project schedules, deliverables, and work with SP&D team. However, based on priorities, the SCE Lead can assign the consultant(s) to perform similar services on other projects/initiatives in the portfolio.
- Desired Skills/Attributes : Require deep understanding of SCE s processes in customer service systems (including SAP ISU), to assist SCE IT Project Managers to execute the planning, design, and execution of customer service projects and initiatives and related systems.
