Analytic Application DeveloperGeorge Consulting is seeking an Analytic Application Developer to support NIPO at the Washington Navy Yard. The Analytic Application Developer responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Collaborate with government personnel to develop requirements and flush out an agile product backlog for use in executing successful solution initiativesParticipate in Application Development with selection, design and implementation of Database solution, database hosting solution and Data Pipeline solutionMaintain databases, database hosting resources and data pipelinesAdvise on and evaluate in-development or proposed for development analytic solutions, to include evaluation of the strength and limitations of given technologies and proposed designsThis position requires the ability to obtain an active Department of Defense Secret Security Clearance.Required Skills & Experience:Experience with at least 3 of the following languages: Python, R, ColdFusion, C#,.NET, JavaExperience with at least 2 of the following UI standards: CSS, HTML, Angular, REACTExperience with the Power Platform Low Code (Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, Power BI, AI Builder and CoPilot Virtual Agents)Experience with 1 or more services in the Azure Ecosystem of Analytic and AI Tools (e.g. Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Bricks, AI Foundry, AI Search, Data Factory)Experience with the following Data Tools: Palantir, Qlik, Tableau, Databricks, Oracle products, Adobe Creative SuiteExperience with the following Data and Querying standards: Data Definition Language (DDL), Data Manipulation Language (DML), Data Control Language (DCL), Transaction Control Language (TCL), Structured Query Languages (SQL), PL/SQL, T-SQLExperience leveraging REST, Graph, SPARQL and SOAP APIs to obtain and return external data in a chain of actions executing a business processExperience with DEVSECOPS CI/CD Pipelines such as Gitlab, Github, Atlassian and Azure DevOps (ADO)Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutionsExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersWillingness to work five days a week on-site at the Washington Navy Yard (WNY) with Core Hours between 9AM and 2PMFamiliar with Zero Trust conceptsAbility to obtain and maintain a SECRET or higher clearanceSecurity+ or higher certification
