The Analytics Engineer will be part of an agile execution team, working with business partners, data engineers, and analysts to ensure data solutions deliver value. We are seeking a highly motivated Analytics Engineer to join our team at our Murrysville, PA or Harrisburg, PA corporate office. Position Summary The ideal candidate will develop and deliver high-quality data solutions and insights, adhering to best practice, privacy, and governance principles. Working closely with our new ERP solution on Microsoft Dynamics 365, the engineer will be helping with the adoption of the new data and reporting assets, while delivering new capabilities for the business stakeholders. The engineer will act as an evangelist for future data initiatives and technologies, including innovations such as metadata management; semantic layer/models and governance, while also aiding in the evolution of data and ways of working for the business stakeholders and enterprise. Primary Responsibilities Deliver well-defined, documented and tested datasets for analysis Create robust data models to support analytics initiatives Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their analytics needs and deliver comprehensive reports and dashboards Manage existing solutions; remediating issues, coordinating enhancements and sunsetting aged assets Ensure data quality and accuracy by implementing data validation, monitoring, and error-handling processes Skills / Knowledge / Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a Business or STEM discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems), or a comparable combination of education and 3+ years of relevant industry experience. 3+ years of experience building data solutions within an enterprise environment using industry standard guiding principles and practices 3+ years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, business intelligence development, or a similar role 3+ years experience with SQL, Python, Scala, DAX, and/or other languages used for exploring, interacting, and engineering analytical products 3+ years working with ERP solutions to build data integrations, reports or analytics; ideally Microsoft Dynamics Advanced knowledge and experience in building data visualizations or analytics using tools like Power BI, Tableau, Looker and/or Sigma Advanced working knowledge and experience with both relational and non-relational databases, including Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric (Synapse, Data Factory, Data Lake Store), and Databricks Strong experience administering a reporting/visualization platform Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating new ideas and concepts to both technical and non-technical partners Experience handling and working with PII data in compliance with relevant laws Benefits Build a modern capability that will be the foundation for the organization for the future Market Leading Benefits Package: Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) match, short- and long-term disability, health savings account, PTO, Profit Sharing Account Stability - Cleveland Brothers has been around for 75 years.
