This allows us to offer an international context, diverse challenges, and long-term career opportunities, while staying close to our teams.We would like to meet an Android Developer for a project with a hybrid working model based in São João da Madeira (2x/week).Responsibilities:Develop and maintain reusable RFID libraries/modules for multiple applications.Integrate and stabilize SDKs for RFID readers/scanners and barcode devices.Implement reading processes with a focus on consistency and performance.Diagnose intermittent lifecycle/state issues (Kotlin).Define observability: logs, metrics, and tracking.Ensure quality through unit, instrumentation, and regression testing.Collaborate with Product to turn production issues into technical improvements.Requirements:3+ years of mobile development experience, with strong expertise in native Android (Kotlin).Strong experience with Coroutines, Flows, and concurrency/state management.Experience integrating hardware SDKs (ideally scanners/RFID/barcode).Knowledge of messaging systems (MQTT).Strong debugging skills.Solid practices in testing, code quality, and technical reviews.Good practices with GitHub and continuous integration.Proficiency in English - minimum B2 level (mandatory).Nice to have:Experience with industrial RFID readers (e.g., Zebra/Bluebird).Experience with Clean Architecture/MVVM and modular libraries.Knowledge of mobile CI/CD and feature flags.Are you looking for an environment that values curiosity and commitment?
