- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Lead the architecture, design, and development of scalable front-end applications using Angular and TypeScript.
- Define and implement best practices for UI architecture, coding standards, testing, and deployment strategies.
- Design and develop responsive, high-performance web applications for enterprise environments.
- Drive technical decision-making across software architecture, analytics, automation, and system reliability.
- Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives.
- Lead and mentor a team of 8 10 offshore engineers and provide technical guidance throughout the development lifecycle.
- Participate in estimation, planning, code reviews, and release management activities.
- Analyze production issues, monitor application performance, and implement continuous improvements.
- Reduce technical debt and improve scalability, maintainability, and delivery predictability.
- Stay updated on emerging front-end technologies and contribute to proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives.
