THE ROLE

Responsibilities Include:
- Customer Service Excellence: Greet customers with a warm smile and assist them with inquiries, pet adoptions, and boarding reservations. Provide knowledgeable guidance on pet care, adoption procedures, and boarding services. Manage check-ins and check-outs for boarding pets, and communicate effectively with pet owners regarding their pets stay.
- Pet Adoptions: Facilitate the adoption process with compassion and professionalism. Conduct interviews with potential adopters, match them with suitable pets, and complete adoption paperwork.
- Animal Husbandry: Ensure the health and well-being of animals in our care. Assist with feeding, grooming, and administering medications as needed. Maintain clean and comfortable living environments for our animal residents.

THE PERSON
Applicants must have a passion for animals and dedication to their welfare, excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor, strong communication and interpersonal abilities, and the ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in customer service, pet care, or animal welfare is preferred by not required.
