Requirements
As our chosen Assistant Community Manager, every day you will help people lease their dream home, support the Community Manager, enforce property rules, conduct property inspections, and lead the overall happiness of the community! Central Park Manor (110 units) is a beautiful apartment community in Hopkins, MN and we want YOU to be apart of the team!
To thrive in this role:
Have experience working as an Assistant Property Manager and leading a team
Be proficient in computer use and Microsoft Suite (Excel/Word/Outlook)
Detailed
Organized
Strong experience in accounting
Bonus Skills
Yardi Experience
Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws
