Requirements
As our chosen Janitor, every day you will be responsible for the inspection of the property and all common areas to detect maintenance problems that require attention. Vacuum, sweep, clean toilets, take out the trash, scrub the floors, disinfect hallways, community room, and leasing office. Patrols grounds daily for the removal of litter and clean entryways, stairwells, pool areas, areas in front of the leasing office, models, and mail areas. Parkview (224 units) is a beautiful affordable apartment community in Minneapolis, MN and we want YOU to join our team!
To thrive in this role:
Knowledge of proper use of janitorial tools and equipment, manual, electric and gas powered
Must be reliable
Possess a "can-do" attitude with emphasis on positive resident/co-worker relations
Have knowledge of safe and effective use of chemicals
Provide excellent customer service to residents, coworkers and vendors
Have excellent time management and organizational skills, follow maintenance schedule and work with minimal supervision
Able to walk long distances and stand for long periods of time
