Leasing Specialist – Butler Ridge/Westview Commons (Reisterstown, MD) & Meadow Creek (Westminster, MD) Starting at $21.00/hour Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance About the Role WPM is looking for friendly, energetic, and sales-driven individuals to join our leasing teams at Butler Ridge/Westview Commons (Reisterstown, MD) and Meadow Creek (Westminster, MD). Our Leasing Specialists play a vital role in transforming apartments into homes by: Listening to and addressing resident needs Thinking creatively to solve challenges This role is ideal for individuals with backgrounds in customer service, sales, or marketing . Leasing and Entrata software experience preferred. Key Responsibilities Track and record all phone and walk-in traffic; prepare weekly traffic reports. Assist applicants with leasing applications and documentation. Maintain marketing materials and participate in resident outreach/marketing events. ️ Manage vacancies: update reports, complete checklists, and prepare units for move-in (including light cleaning). Support resident retention through events and community engagement. Assist Property Managers with operations: correspondence, vendor coordination, and administrative tasks. Maintain accurate files (residents, vendors, invoices, insurance certificates). Provide phone coverage and office support as needed. Required Skills & Abilities Professional appearance, demeanor, and communication. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Comfortable using PC and learning new software. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Availability on Saturdays and occasional evenings. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required. High School Diploma or equivalent required. ️ Prior leasing and/or sales experience preferred.
