We are seeking an Apartment Leasing Consultant to join our growing team! You will handle all leasing activities and transactions on behalf of the property. We also offer WEEKLY PAY!
Responsibilities:
- List and lease residential real estate
- Complete lease agreements and contracts
- Host open houses and other events
- Prepare market analysis to compare comp rates
- Educate clients on basic property management procedures
- Verify and disclose property facts to clients
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in real estate, property management, or other related fields preferred
- Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Professional business attire
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual is a plus!
