- Complete daily work orders for repairs and maintenance
- Troubleshoot and repair basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance
- Maintain property cleanliness and safety standards
- Communicate effectively with residents and property staff
- Basic hand & power tools
- Work order management experience
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- General knowledge of apartment maintenance practices
