Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced App Developer to provide on-site programming services for an Accountability System utilized by the Pennsylvania National Guard. The role involves enhancing system functionality, troubleshooting issues, and providing ongoing support. Candidates must work a hybrid schedule of 50% on-site and 50% remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review current system and implement improvements for performance and efficiency.
• Develop and deploy solutions using C#, ASP.NET Core, and MVC frameworks.
• Create and manage Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.
• Write complex SQL queries and manage SQL databases, including SSIS, SSRS.
• Collaborate with IT teams and provide technical expertise to enhance database solutions.

Required Technical Skills:

• 7+ years of experience in C#, ASP.NET Core, MVC, and SQL Server.
• Proficient in Azure DevOps tools, including Azure Repos and Azure Boards.
• Strong background in SQL, including writing/debugging complex queries.
• Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate (5+ years preferred).
• Knowledge of Microsoft 360 Suite (Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
