Role Description:

• Understanding the requirements and converting them into business processes on Appian platform.
• Good hands-on exposure on Integrations, Web Apis and knowledge on external systems.
• Good to have knowledge on other technologies e.g. APIGEE, SAML authentication, ODS, AWS etc.
• Good understanding on Appian groups, Process design, Security, Decision tables, Records, Reports, CDT, SAIL Components, Unit Testing etc.
• Good Understanding on Appian Security and Access Control Mechanism
• Possesses good knowledge on Appian and Database best practices, Stored procedure and views.
• Work with global teams, including business users, architects, technical personnel, to understand business processes and system requirements.
• Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical groups, both internal and external parties.
• Should be able to work as independent contributor or a team member without any dependencies?
• Good knowledge on all scrum ceremonies?
• Good exposure on Deployment, Production support activities when project Go-LIVE?
• Good Understanding on optimizing existing Appian Applications for performance and scalability?
• Good knowledge on troubleshooting and resolving critical application issues Qualifications?
• Proficient with all the Appian components especially Process Model, Records, Expression Rules, SAIL Components, Web-API, Integrations and different Smart Services?
• Experience in the financial domain is highly desirable.? Strong knowledge of software Development methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Hands-on experience with Appian BPM tool.?Familiarity with SQL, DML/DDL, Stored procedures, Views, Triggers, Index etc.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.?Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
