Job Summary: SUNY Brockport is currently accepting applications for aApplication Administrator. The person in this role is performing day-to-day Application Administration functions for IT systems such asCbord, Accruent EMS Campus, Class Climate, Banner Security, Account Creation, and related systems. This includes working with vendors toupgrade and maintain systems, as well as troubleshooting and solving application issues. Work with end users concerning these systems in acapacity to optimize business processes and assist with implementing new functionality.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college or university by the time of appointment.
  • ApplicationAdministration experience.
  • Experience in an IT support role.
  • Excellent interpersonal, and written communicationskills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Project management and follow-up skills.
  • Experience anddemonstrated competence with both Windows and Mac operating systems.
  • Experience with basic writing SQL queries and reportwriting.
  • Ability to interpret, communicate and apply policies and procedures.
Work Schedule: Monday -Friday, 8am - 4pm
Salary and Benefits: The Minimum Salary for this position is $67,015.
