Starting base salary: $60-65K

Summary
The Application Analyst will use their expertise to optimize the performance and functionality of the company's 2020 Insight software system, providing support and enhancing systems efficiency.

Responsibilities
Serve as a leading expert for software-related projects.
Aid with software system support and troubleshooting.
Maintain system configuration, including user permissions.

Monitor and respond to system performance issues and error conditions.
Ensure proper coding practices and documentation, even under tight deadlines.
Perform software quality assurance as part of the software development process.
Coordinate system upgrades in conjunction with system representatives and the operations team.
Collaborate with the management operations team to translate business requirements for alignment with the 2020 Insight system.
Maintain and enhance end-user-defined interfaces, T-SQL statements, stored procedures, and other programming facilities using recommended best practices.

Requirements
2 years in software management, with experience in manufacturing systems or 2020 Insight preferred.
Business-minded with an understanding of business processes, procedures, and requirements.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, SQL Server, and 2020 Insight.
Ability to work under pressure and produce results in a fast-paced environment.
Quick learner with effective troubleshooting and issue resolution skills.
Some weekend and outside business hours work may be expected.
Must be a self-motivator and able to work with minimal direction.
Requires managing tight deadlines and multitasking with urgency.
Experience with Languages and Platforms in SQL Server & SSRS
Mental stamina to handle the demands of the role.
Bachelor's Degree at a minimum, is required
