IBM Maximo Developer Rate: $50 W2 The role focuses on development, configuration, and upgrade support for Maximo environments, working closely with business, technical, and management stakeholders. This is a delivery role, not a support-only position. Responsibilities Develop and configure Maximo Application Suite (MAS 9) solutions. Perform Maximo upgrades and ensure seamless transition. Create and maintain BIRT reports for data analysis. Integrate with REST APIs and manage JSON data exchanges. Utilize Oracle 19c+ databases for application data storage. Support and troubleshoot Maximo issues in a cross-functional team environment. Responsibilities Lead and mentor development team members, providing technical guidance and best practices. Develop and maintain Oracle databases, including data modeling, query optimization, and stored procedure development. Manage application deployments and configurations on Windows Server environments. Collaborate with product owner, scrum master, and other developers in Agile/Scrum workflows. Analyze and gather requirements, produce technical specifications, and estimate development timelines. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex software issues. Participate in code reviews, design reviews, and testing processes to ensure quality and performance. Required Skills Experience in software development with .NET technologies (ASP.NET, .NET Core). Strong understanding of Oracle database development and optimization. Solid grasp of Agile methodologies and experience working in Scrum teams. Excellent problem‑solving, debugging, and performance optimization skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to organize tasks, set priorities, and provide guidance to less experienced personnel. Knowledge of GIS products, particularly Hexagon Intergraph (nice to have). Location: Dallas/TX onsite. Focus on single-page application portal development. Required Skills Proficiency in Angular, Node.js, and JavaScript. Experience with SQL Server and front‑end technologies (HTML, CSS). Ability to develop single‑page applications and portal interfaces. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
