With a reputation for excellence, OSA delivers industry-leading solutions to meet the needs of its partners and customers.Role DescriptionAs an Application Engineer (Valves & Flow Control Solutions), you will provide technical expertise and application support for industrial valve and flow control solutions across key process industries including Oil & Gas, Power, Petrochemical, and General Industry. You will collaborate closely with customers, sales teams, and global principals to deliver technically compliant and commercially competitive solutions aligned with project requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesReview customer specifications, datasheets, and RFQ documents to determine appropriate valve solutions.Perform valve and actuator sizing based on operating conditions and process requirements.Prepare technical and commercial proposals in accordance with customer and project specifications.Provide pre-sales technical support to sales teams and channel partners.Interface with principals and engineering teams to ensure technical compliance and solution optimization.Participate in technical clarification meetings with EPC contractors and end users.Support project execution activities including documentation review, FAT coordination, and commissioning support when required.Ensure compliance with international standards and company quality requirements (API, ASME, ANSI, ISO).Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the engineering team.Required QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline.Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial valves, flow control, or process equipment applications.Strong understanding of control valves, on-off valves, actuators, pressure relief valves and process industry applications.Ability to interpret PID, GA drawings, and technical specifications.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Good communication and presentation capability.Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).Preferred CharacteristicsExperience supporting EPC projects or multinational customers.Familiar with valve sizing tools and engineering software.Knowledge of severe service or critical valve applications is an advantage.Customer-focused mindset with strong collaboration skills.What We OfferCompetitive compensation and benefits packageProfessional development and technical trainingExposure to global engineering standards and technologiesCollaborative and performance-driven work environmentHow to ApplyPlease submit your updated CV to: recruitment@osa.co.idEmail Subject: Application Engineer – [Candidate Name]
