This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge system designs, provide technical consultation, and ensure regulatory compliance within the industrial refrigeration sector. You’ll collaborate with clients, internal teams, and other stakeholders to create innovative, efficient, and sustainable solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesSystem Design and EngineeringDesign, develop, and engineer customized industrial refrigeration and heat pump systems during the project proposal phase.Select and integrate components (compressors, condensers, evaporators, valves, and controls) into efficient system designs.Develop detailed, accurate proposal documentation that balances technical soundness with commercial viability.Client Consultation and SupportServe as the primary technical advisor to clients, offering expert recommendations on system design, operation, and troubleshooting.Respond to client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.Documentation and ReportingCreate comprehensive technical documentation, including system specifications, schematics, calculations, and project reports.Maintain detailed records of project activities, findings, and technical recommendations.Training and Knowledge SharingProvide technical training on refrigeration principles, best practices, and maintenance to internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.Foster a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the organization.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering (or related field).Experience: Minimum of 3 years in industrial refrigeration and heat pump system design, engineering, and application.
