Application Performance Monitoring (APM) Engineer

Location: Charlotte NC (Hybrid 2 days a week)

Duration: 9 months

• Analyze and figure out where to look for issues, strong presence of mind, ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
• Great communication, ability to navigate with multiple groups with great collaborative attitude.

• Application Performance monitoring
• Strong Dynatrace skills
• Strong skills in monitoring, logs, observability
• .Net Application Production Support experience - can handle scenario based issues
• AWS experience

Monitoring applications and infrastructure alerts, and reacting quickly

Recommending and implementing solutions to mitigate repeat product issues
