ABOUT THE ROLE:We are seeking Epic Certified Application Support Analysts for a remote Go-Live support team for a healthcare client based in PST. This role will operate in a virtual command center environment, providing end users with real-time issue resolution, workflow guidance, and ticket-based support.THIS IS NOT A BUILD ROLE. Please have hands-on end-user support experience in a Go-Live environment.
