Key Responsibilities Help test and review our new ERP system to make sure it works as expected. Assist in documenting processes and identifying where improvements can be made. Support end users with day‑to‑day questions or basic troubleshooting. Help with data entry, validation, and report checks. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and automation projects. Qualifications Required Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. Basic familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Business Central or NAV) or other ERP systems. Understanding of general IT concepts, databases, and web applications. Experience with Microsoft Excel and basic Power BI. Good communication skills and attention to detail. Preferred Exposure to Python or Django web applications. Interest in IoT, data integration, or cloud technologies. Experience with Power Automate, Zapier, or similar tools. A desire to learn and grow in application support or data analytics.
