Position: Application Support/DevOps Engineer
Location: Bellevue, WA 98006

Job Description:
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues: Identifying and solving issues in critical business systems
- Collaborating with teams: Working with cross-functional teams to solve complex technical problems.
- Maintaining documentation: Creating and maintaining technical documentation for the application
- Testing and deployment: Participating in testing and deployment of new application releases.
- Staying updated: Keeping up with the latest industry trends and technologies
- Training end-users: Conducting training sessions for end-users on system functionalities.
Monitoring applications:
- Monitoring software applications for errors and bugs
Ensuring compliance:
- Ensuring compliance with security and data protection policies
- Experience as a DevOps engineer or in a similar software engineering role
- Proficiency with Git and GitHub workflows
- Working knowledge of databases and SQL
- Problem-solving attitude
- Collaborative team spirit
Mandatory Skills:
- linux, unix, sql queries and operations/monitoring tools like splunk, appdynamics etc
