Position: Application Support/DevOps Engineer
Location: Frisco, TX 75034
Duration: 6 Months

Job Description:
- 5-8 years of Experience
- Strong knowledge in Azure Infrastructure maintenence and support
- Strong knowledge of DevOps technologies and tools such as Jenkins, Gitlab etc.
- Excellent skills on analysing, identifying, troubleshooting and rectifying application, infrastructure issues
- Should be able to do hands-on with Ops activities including application monitoring and troubleshooting issues.
- Experience in tools such as Splunk, AppDynamics, etc.
- 24*7 support, so should be ready to work in Shifts
- Ability to Lead a team of 5-10 members
- Should have experience in Operations and BizOps support roles
- Should have basic knowledge in Cloud, preferably Azure
- Experience in API test tools such as Postman, Swagger
- Familiarity with ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Jira Service Management
- Programming or scripting experience in Python or Go is a plus
- Write automation scripts based on business requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge in Agile/Kanban
Mandatory Skills:
- Azure, DevOps, Postman, ServiceNow, Splunk, Grafana, Cosmos DB, Mongo DB
Optional Skills:
- Automation scripting experience (Shell, Python)
