Role: SaaS Engineer x2 – Automation/DevOps & Administration/Process Improvement
Location: Remote / EST Hours
Job Description Summary
Sr. Application Support Engineer- Automation/DevOps
Responsibilities:
• Build custom integrations to connect core enterprise collaboration tools and enterprise software/services
• Identify and engineer workflow automation solutions
• API Development
• Source Control management
• Assist with audit/investigation and remediation work to reduce the number of available applications/tools
TOP Needs
Required experience:
• Automation/Scripting with Python, Golang, or Ruby
• Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and other SaaS solutions
Preferred experience
• Experience with Google Workspace API's or Slack API's
Sr. Application Support Engineer- Administration/Process Improvement
Responsibilities:
• Engineering team ticket backlog remediation
• Respond to user access/controls requests
• Perform Tier 2/Tier 3 application administration
• Identify areas for process improvement
• Build knowledge base to allow for higher Tier 1 resolution for SaaS issues
TOP Needs
Required Experience:
• Tier 2/Tier 3 enterprise application support/administration experience
• User provisioning experience
• Understanding of API's
• Understanding of Automation/DevOps principles
• Experience with enterprise collaboration platforms such as Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, MS Teams, etc
Preferred Experience:
• Scripting experience in Python, Powershell, Golang, etc
