In this role, you will be instrumental in providing technical support and ensuring the seamless operation of our applications. Your contributions will directly enhance our customer experience and support our mission of driving innovation.ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support for application-related issues to ensure optimal performance.Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of software applications.Provide exceptional customer support via phone, chat, and email communication.Answer all customer inquiries and resolve pending issuesAct as a liason between departments and clients to ensure needs are being metPerform QA testing on portal applications and identify potential problemsCollaborate with software developers on process improvements of applicationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical challenges.Conduct training sessions when necessary for users on application functionalities and best practices.Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.Document processes, procedures, and user guides for reference.Flexible hours - we are looking for someone who can provide remote support on weekends as well.RequirementsMinimum of 2+ years in an application support role or relatedProven experience in technical support or a related field.Bachelor's Degree highly preferredExceptional customer service skills and proven experience handling a high volume of calls, email, and chat.Strong knowledge of computer technology and application skillsMust have experience with QA testing and UATExcellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients.Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
