Application Support - SSO -- Houston, TX -- Hybrid Work -- 49695 Apply
We have an immediate long-term opportunity with one of our prime clients for a position of Application Support - SSO to work in Houston, TX on Hybrid basis.
MUST HAVE:-
- SSO (Single Sign On)
- Vendor application Support OR 3rd Party Application Support OR Vended application Support Anyone.
- Collaborate with nxtgenERP project team, vendor support, business admins/owners and other internal IT support groups to ensure newly built/enhanced Finance applications meet our internal security standards and are ready for post-go live support team:
- Perform other application support tasks as assigned
- IP address restrictions implementation if applicable
- Splunk logging implementation
- Risk assessment if applicable
- SSO (Single Sign On) implementation if applicable
- Provide (SIT) system integration testing when needed
- SailPoint user provisioning implementation
- Define Monthly/Quarterly Software Release Regression Testing Process
- Define Release Review Process release notes review/analysis by MS team or Vendor Service Agreement, governance board
- Data archival and historical data retrieval for tax reporting or audit purpose for the \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\"retired\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\" applications to get ready for decommission - Replacing existing apps and finding out where they need to be archived
- DR plan (SaaS vendors) Tier 1/Tier2 if applicable
- SAP and/or GEP FIT (Functional Integration Testing) testing documentation if applicable
- SOX determination if applicable - Facilitate and coordinate
- Manage knowledge transfer sessions and documentation handover from project team to application support team
Additional Notes:
- Making sure IP Address restrictions are working within team
- Making sure logging and user access is working within Splunk System
- Familiarity with Regress Testing & Vendor Release so the SaaS systems do not break
- Experience with SaaS release review process
- This req can identify with a Product Implementation Role
- Customer focused role
- Whole portfolio will be vended applications they are supporting
