You’ll be supporting application deployments and mobile device management across laptops and tablets, working closely with a team that values sharp thinkers and problem solvers. Key Responsibilities Install applications directly onto laptops and tablets. Deploy Mobile Device Management (MDM) on tablets. Troubleshoot and resolve issues as needed during installs. Provide onsite desktop support at the Boca Raton office. Qualifications 1–2 years of desktop support experience (not just help desk). Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills .
