Job Description

Required Experience
5+ years of hands-on experience with the UKG ProWFM product suite, including comprehensive knowledge of system functionality, configuration activities, and implementation best practices.
7+ years of expertise across key workforce management domains, including:
- Time & Attendance
- Scheduling (Basic and Advanced)
- Integrations (Boomi)
- Accruals management
- Pay Policies and Rules (e.g., Pay Rules, Meal Deduct, and related configurations)
- Attestations
- Time Clock deployment and support

Proven ability to collaborate with end users of varying technical backgrounds, effectively translating complex technical concepts into clear, understandable terms to ensure alignment and successful adoption.
Extensive experience performing end-to-end techno-functional responsibilities, including requirements gathering, solution design, system development/configuration/setup, comprehensive testing, migration, implementation, deployment, and integration activities.
Strong proficiency in building, maintaining, and supporting integrations with enterprise systems, including Workday, EPIC, and other critical business platforms, ensuring data accuracy, process efficiency, and operational continuity.
