We are looking for an experienced Applications Architect to join our team in Selbyville, Delaware. This Contract to permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to lead and shape the development of HR and production systems, ensuring they align with organizational needs and goals. The role requires a strategic mindset, technical expertise, and the ability to oversee technology solutions that enhance efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership and guidance in managing HR and production systems, including Kronos, to optimize their functionality.
• Act as a consultant to business units, offering technology solutions that address operational challenges and requirements.
• Supervise IT application team members, ensuring effective collaboration and delivery of technical services.
• Develop and enforce guidelines, standards, and procedures for system development and implementation.
• Lead the strategic planning process to align IT initiatives with organizational goals.
• Recommend and evaluate technical acquisitions to enhance system capabilities and organizational performance.
• Oversee the integration and maintenance of enterprise resource management systems to meet business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement innovative technology solutions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in application architecture.
• Support tactical and operational decision-making processes within the IT department.• Proven experience with ASP.NET and .NET frameworks.
• Strong expertise in application architecture and API development.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM and Kronos systems.
• Solid understanding of enterprise resource management systems.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to develop and implement technical guidelines and standards.
• Adept at strategic planning and aligning IT initiatives with business goals.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
