Job Title: Applications Developer - Remedy ITSM (CW position)

We are looking out for individuals with strong product development experience using Remedy ARS and strong product knowledge of Remedy ITSM Suite.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Design and develop features for future product releases
• Interact with Product Management / Architects / Team Members to understand the scope of new requirements
• Provide resolution for product defects
• Work with geographically diverse cross-functional teams to coordinate the development work

• 7+ years of relevant product (workflow) development experience with a proven track record of delivering high quality commercial enterprise products using Remedy ARS as a development platform.
• Proficiency and prior experience of working on Remedy ARS technology such as workflow development is a must
• Strong knowhow of functional and design aspects of the Remedy ITSM Suite is a must
• Experience in developing enterprise software products
• Experience of developing/accessing Web Services including good knowledge of SOAP & REST protocols, Web development using Java-script/Jason will be an added advantage
• Good understanding of troubleshooting multi-layered application is required.
