In this role, you will play a key part in helping potential customers learn about our energy-efficient window solutions and scheduling appointments for our sales experts.

Your Role Will Involve:

• Proactively reaching out to leads and engaging them in conversation about our products.
• Educating customers on the benefits of energy-efficient windows and how they can save on energy bills.
• Scheduling appointments for our skilled sales team to meet with interested clients.
• Maintaining accurate documentation of customer interactions and follow-ups in our system.
• Collaborating with team members to achieve shared goals and maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent communication skills with a friendly and engaging approach.
• A passion for customer service and a genuine desire to help others.
