Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Appointment Setter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting potential clients, explaining our products and services, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. Your efforts will play a crucial part in expanding our customer base and driving the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reach out to potential clients via phone, email, or other communication channels.
• Clearly and effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products and services.
• Answer preliminary questions and address any concerns potential clients may have.
• Schedule appointments for the sales team with qualified leads.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments in the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting targets.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or customer service is a plus.
• Proven experience in telemarketing, customer service, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
• Ability to handle rejection and continue with a positive attitude when reaching the next potential client.

Compensation: Appointment Setters at Joyce Factory Direct can expect competitive compensation, with potential earnings ranging from $16.00 to $30.00 per hour, including bonuses based on performance.
