About the Opportunity
Our Farmers insurance agency launched in October 2025 and is experiencing strong, sustained growth. We are seeking a driven, sales-minded professional to join our rapidly growing agency as an Apprentice Producer, a paid, hands-on development opportunity designed for individuals who want more than a job and are serious about building a high-income, long-term career in insurance.
You will receive direct mentorship from an experienced Agency Owner, participate in ongoing district-level training, and gain real-world experience in sales, customer service, and agency operations.
Compensation & Benefits
$25.00$30.00 per hour base pay
Commission eligibility after 6 months upon achieving production targets
Uncapped earning potential with performance-based incentives

Career Path & Growth
Total compensation (base plus commissions) can easily exceed $100,000 annually for the right candidate. Earning potential is uncapped and supported by a strong base salary, structured training, and ongoing mentorship.

Responsibilities
Support day-to-day agency operations under the guidance of the Agency Owner
Develop and maintain client relationships through agency-provided leads and opportunities
Market and sell auto, home, life, and business insurance products
Participate in structured training through the District Office and University of Farmers
Requirements
Active California Property & Casualty (or Personal Lines) license required
Previous insurance sales experience preferred, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed production goals
Bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply
