Requirements

Must-Have Criteria:

• Live within 30 miles of the office
• 1–2 years of experience with electrical work
• Strong troubleshooting, logical, and critical thinking skills
• Flexible schedule (standard 8–5 with occasional early/late shifts)
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable vehicle
• Comfortable using a tablet/computer
• Good customer service skills (role requires client interaction)

Nice to Have (Preferred):

• Willingness to do all types of work: digging, climbing ladders, crawl spaces, attic work
• Internet access at home (for job communication/reporting)
