Looking for Cortex XSOAR Application Support Engineer. This is 2-3 days onsite-hybrid role in a week for Houston, TX location.
Experience Previous experience in a customerfacing technical support role such as Senior Support Engineer or Escalations Engineer
Technical Skills Proficiency in Linux strong scripting skills JavaScript Python PowerShell Ansible and knowledge of security technologies firewalls endpoint prevention SIEM
Customer Service Excellent customer service skills and the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems effectively
Communication Strong verbal and written communication skills
Must Have Qualifications
Experience with Cortex XSOAR Handson experience with Cortex XSOAR automation and response SOAR platforms
