MUST have

Techno-functional BA 75% of this persons time would be spent in operational activities like granting access to users and 25% time would be spent in BA type activities

• End user/knowledge in SharePoint
• SharePoint migration experience.
• Basic Business Analysis tools & techniques E.g.: Gather requirements, Visio, Experience with simple flow chart, Able to write the system requirements.
• Ability to interact with the Technical team to explain them the requirement and for them to architect and design solutions accordingly
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in interacting with stakeholders, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and end-users
• Ability to translate business needs into requirement specifications
• Able to speak in business terminology rather than technical.

Nice to have -

• Experience in Pharma domain projects
• Ability to test & debug the application from functional point of view
