  • Correct data mismatches using digital tools (Excel, SQL, AS400 iBMI Mainframe, Bell Sensing App Portal, Ecolab Web Admin Portal)
  • Work with Pest Field team to identify and correct equipment setup issues
  • Document support incidents in ticket tracking system (ServiceNow)
