Required Skills and Experience Technical Expertise
- Strong understanding of full-stack development, with experience in modern frameworks and languages (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js, Python, Java).
- Proficiency in data engineering, including ETL pipelines, database management (SQL/NoSQL), and analytics tools.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and DevOps processes.
- Proven ability to manage large-scale, cross-functional programs.
- Expertise in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
- Strong skills in defining roadmaps, prioritization, and delivering programs on time and within budget.
- Experience managing and coordinating teams across geographies and disciplines.
- Exceptional communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to handle conflict resolution and foster alignment across diverse teams.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
- 7+ years of experience in technical roles, with 3+ years in program management.
- Certifications such as PMP, SAFe, or Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP).
