AR – Credit & Collections Manager (On-Site Position) Task & Description AR – Credit & Collections Manager is responsible for overseeing Credit & Collections within the organization pertaining to the Bulk Fuel Accounts and Airline Accounts. This role ensures timely collections of outstanding receivables, evaluates credit risk, manages customer credit limits, and maintains a positive relationship with internal stakeholders and clients. Key Responsibilities Evaluate customers’ creditworthiness by analyzing credit reports, financial statements, and payment history. Monitor AR Aging reports and initiate collection efforts for delinquent accounts. Provide monthly AR Statement Collection performance reports to the President of the Company. Monitor and resolve customers’ billing and payment disputes while working closely with the Billing Department and Airline Team. Work closely with sales, dispatch, commercial team, billing team, and freight to assist with credit related issues for each account. Recommend write‑offs or escalations. Assist on projects on an as‑needed basis related to Credit Related Function. Assist with Airline Prepayment Letters to ensure all Prepayment accounts are covered per their contract. Assist and attend Quarterly Year‑To‑Date Salesmen Meetings to review accounts Credit and Collection Status. Post Payments/ACH Wires, Transfers, and Returns. Assist on Weekly Airline Collection Meetings to ensure Credit and Collections are being maintained. Prioritize multiple meetings and on‑call questions regarding Credit for New Accounts or On‑Hold Accounts with Dispatch. #J-18808-Ljbffr
