Entry-Level Ar/Ap AdministratorThe Entry-Level Ar/Ap Administrator supports the day-to-day accounts receivable and accounts payable functions of the company. This role helps ensure invoices, payments, and financial records are processed accurately and on time. Training and guidance will be provided.What You'll DoAccounts Payable (Ap)Assist with processing vendor invoices accurately and in a timely mannerMatch invoices with purchase orders and receipts, as neededHelp prepare weekly or bi-weekly payments (checks or electronic payments)Maintain organized vendor records and documentationRespond to basic vendor inquiries regarding invoices and payment statusSupport 1099 preparation and recordkeeping, as applicableAccounts Receivable (Ar)Assist with generating and sending customer invoicesRecord customer payments (checks, ACH, credit cards, etc.)Help monitor outstanding invoices and follow up on past-due accountsCommunicate with customers to help resolve billing or payment questionsMaintain accurate customer account recordsGeneral Accounting & Administrative SupportAnswer phones, greet visitors, and manage office suppliesSmall parcel package shipping via UPS/Fedex/UspsMaintain organized and accurate financial files and recordsAssist with basic reconciliations related to Ar and ApSupport month-end and year-end closing activitiesHelp gather documentation for audits or internal reviewsFollow company policies and basic accounting proceduresWork closely with team members to support daily operationsLearn and suggest ways to improve processes over timeWhat You BringEducation & ExperienceHigh school diploma required; coursework or degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferredEntry-level candidates encouraged to applyInternship, coursework, or 02 years of related experience is a plus but not requiredSkills & CompetenciesBasic understanding of accounting or willingness to learnStrong attention to detail and accuracyBasic computer skills, including Microsoft ExcelAbility to learn accounting software (training provided)Good organizational and time-management skillsClear written and verbal communication skillsProfessional handling of confidential informationDependable, motivated, and eager to growWhat We OfferSalary Range 55k-60kOn-the-job training and mentorshipExposure to multiple areas of accountingOpportunity for growth within a small businessSupportive and collaborative work environment#IND1
