Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join an excellent client near High Point. This role is critical in ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer payments, maintaining financial records, and supporting overall cash flow management. The ideal candidate will have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, exceptional attention to detail, and experience managing payment portals and check reconciliation processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and monitor customer accounts to ensure timely collection of payments.
  • Process and reconcile payments received through various channels, including checks and electronic payment portals.
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions and update AR ledgers.
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations to ensure data integrity.
  • Generate and analyze AR reports using advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, conditional formatting).
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in payment applications and account balances.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address billing issues and customer inquiries.
  • Assist with month-end closing and audit preparation as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, complex formulas, and data analysis tools).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data management.
  • Experience with payment portal systems and check reconciliation processes.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in Accounts Receivable or similar role is a plus.
Pay Details: $42,000.00 to $58,000.00 per year
