Shift Type/Shift Times/Hours/Day: Days, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, 8
Shift Notes: 7:30A 4:00P (8 Hour Days) / Weekends for call only / 10 to 15 call shifts per month (40 Hour Guarantee)
Weekend Requirements: For Call Only
On-Call Requirements: 10-15 Call Shifts Per Month

Traveler Policy: Will not review applicants within 90 miles of Batesville. Applicants between 90-150 miles may not be selected but will be reviewed.
Dress Code: Hospital-Provided Scrubs
EMR: Meditech
Deliver care to patients utilizing the nursing process following established philosophy. Collaborate with other professional disciplines to ensure effective patient care delivery and achievement of desired patient outcomes. Effectively interact with patients, families, and visitors while maintaining the standard of professional nursing. Provides physical and psychological support to patients.
Submission Requirements
- 2+ years of experience - Required
- MediTech - Preferred
- must interpret cardiac rhythms, scrub, circulate, monitoring - Required
Profile Requirements:
- Work History
- Skills Checklist, current to 1 year, pertinent to the specialty
- 2 Supervisory Reference Forms, taken within the last two years
- Candidates' Permanent Address (Facility will not consider local candidates - 50-mile radius restriction)
