Aras Developer Apply
- Support testing and confirmation of Jira tickets related to ARAS development and enhancements.
- Provide support to questions related to the ARAS platform from NA users.
- Work with IT on documenting bugs and enhancements for future deployment. Track change points, test enhancements in QA and ITB environments.
- Collaborate with other teams in Japan GO operations on a regular basis to improve ARAS development.
- Knowledge on the ARAS Innovator
- Working Experience in Supporting Users on the CAD Issues and CAD-PLM Integration Issues
- Knowledge of Catia V5 and V6, and PLM applications (example: ARAS / AHEAD).
- Ability to work closely and communicate with NA users to resolve issues related to ARAS.
- Problem Solving and help desk type support capabilities.
