Role: ARAS Support Engineer
Location: Marysville, OH 43040 (Onsite)
Position Type: 12 Months Contract

Job Description:
Support and work with other PLM members, client team, and IT as needed to ensure we are providing a unified user experience.
Support testing and confirmation of Jira tickets related to AHEAD development and enhancements.
Provide support to questions related to the AHEAD platform from NA users.
Work with IT on documenting bugs and enhancements for future deployment. Track change points, test enhancements in QA and ITB environments.
Collaborate with like teams in Japan GO operations on a regular basis to improve AHEAD development.
Required Skills:
Knowledge of Catia V5 and V6, and PLM applications (example: ARAS / AHEAD).
Ability to work closely and communicate with NA users to resolve issues related to AHEAD.
Problem Solving and help desk type support capabilities.
